Rhaphidophora decursiva, commonly known as the Dragon Tail plant, is a vigorous, climbing tropical vine native to the rainforests of China, India, and Southeast Asia. A member of the Araceae (Aroid) family, it is highly sought after by collectors for its dramatic ontogenetic leaf transformation—shifting from small, oval, solid juvenile leaves into massive, deeply pinnatifid (divided) mature leaves resembling a dragon's tail.
